Introduction
Companies contact us either directly, or through referral, and we undertake an initial screening process. We also actively engage with companies at investor conferences.
Preliminary conference calls and meetings are held if the opportunity looks likely to meet our criteria.
We aim to move quickly and do not waste time.
Initial Engagement
Upon agreeing to take on a project, we require a NON REGULATED* agreement. We undertake a fast and ‘deep’ dive into the project to yield investor-grade documents (prepared by the company). We ensure a clear understanding of the project, supported by a company-directed, investor-friendly electronic data room.
This stage requires intensive engagement with management and responsible individuals associated with the company.
Investor Engagement
Once terms and established, we will immediately present the opportunity to selected investors who we deem most likely to be interested.
Deliver Terms: On a best efforts basis, we will provide feedback to the client’s term sheet from trusted sources. Based on that feedback, the funding either progresses or we broaden the scope of potential investors.
Closing of Finance
In our role as ‘introducer’, we require complete engagement between the client and the investor leading up to the execution of the final closing or completion.
